Contact information and user feedback

Today, people expect to be able to send you comments, questions, and suggestions. Always provide at least one link to an email address in a prominent location in your site. You can also request user feedback and contact information through the use of Web forms. This information can then be submitted to you for your review and response, if necessary.

Even if you have a great Web site, people will still want to call you, send you mail and express packages, and fax you documents. Your home page should include the same contact information you provide on your stationery, marketing materials, and business cards. If you do not have space on your home page for this information, provide a link to another page containing contact information. A secondary page is also a good spot to provide maps and directions to your location.
