Menus

Menus enable users to navigate through your web site quickly and easily. However, too many menu choices can be cumbersome and overwhelming. The use of submenus will help to keep your site well organized and still accessible.

The Main Home Page should contain links to the major sections of your site. These pages will act as a mini home page for each section of your site. My Design Tips page is set up this way. In order to access this page, you first had to go to the Design Tips link, then the Site Elements link, and finally to the Menus and Submenus link.

Regardless of the number of sub pages, always be sure to include a link back to the Main Home Page.
